All returns must be processed within 60 days of the date the order was received. To process a return please contact our customer service department at 877-928-1646.

Once return is approved, return may take 3-4 business day processing time. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. After receiving the product a refund if applicable will be processed and initiated to the original method of payment within 5-8 business days.

Farmland Tractor is not responsible for delays our carriers may experience during shipping. Orders may take up to two business days for processing and handling before shipping. Some orders may ship directly from our suppliers and may or may not arrive in multiple shipments. If orders ship directly from suppliers customers will not receive an email with tracking information, but may contact Farmland Tractor for that information.
