Core Charges will be refunded after the receipt of the core. Farmland Tractor reserves the right to refuse cores that are non-rebuildable due to damage.

All returns must be processed within 60 days of the date the order was received. To process a return please contact our customer service department at 877-928-1646.

Once return is approved, return may take 3-4 business day processing time. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. After receiving the product a refund if applicable will be processed and initiated to the original method of payment within 5-8 business days.

If payment is accepted and money is received, and your order is not available or able to be fulfilled, your payment will be refunded. Refunds will be returned to the method used to pay for your order. Arrangements will be made for refund if necessary.

Farmland Tractor is not responsible for delays our carriers may experience during shipping. Orders may take up to two business days for processing and handling before shipping. Some orders may ship directly from our suppliers and may or may not arrive in multiple shipments. If orders ship directly from suppliers customers will not receive an email with tracking information, but may contact Farmland Tractor for that information.
